Specific scopes, deliverables, and timelines may be set in separate proposals or agreements, which become part of these Terms by reference. Proveemos soporte operativo, contabilidad/teneduría, diseño de sistemas, limpieza y servicios relacionados a través de diferentes entidades dentro de la Alianza MNT. Los alcances, entregables y cronogramas específicos pueden establecerse en propuestas o acuerdos separados, que forman parte de estos Términos por referencia.

4. Payments & Billing4. Pagos & Facturación

Fees are due as stated on invoices or written agreements. Late payments may incur interest, suspension of Services, or additional collection costs. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated. Los honorarios se deben según lo indicado en las facturas o acuerdos escritos. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to that claim in the 3 months preceding the event.
